Please get in touch with us:
and we will provide you with quick and professional guidance to analyse and address any issues that may arise. We will also develop a budget promptly, without any commitment. If you find our proposal interesting, we will be ready to start the project.
Any information about your project is helpful. 3D models, CAD files (floor plan, elevation, site plan) would be an excellent starting point. If you only have rough sketches of your ideas or hand-drawn floor plans, we can also work with them.
Our operational approach is predominantly virtual. The majority of project communication is conducted through the internet, facilitating briefing, project management, file exchange, previews, and delivery from virtually anywhere. However, we are also available for in-person meetings in Braunschweig and the surrounding area if needed.
Don't worry. Each of us can choose the best way to communicate, whether it is by email, online chat applications or in person.

As a thriving architectural visualization firm with 10 years of experience, Blikk Studio typically engages in a variety of projects, including interior and exterior, commercial and residential, single buildings and master planning, among others. Clients can request references from Blikk Studio for renderings tailored to their specific needs or explore our latest projects on our website (Project).
A common and important question. Blikk Studio retains ownership of the images, but clients receive a usage license specifically for the finished images, excluding drafts or intermediate results. Any additional use beyond this requires a separate written agreement. For images distributed or made public, a copyright designation such us: “Image by Blikk Studio” must be included, or simply tag us if shared on social media.
Our licensing policy is designed to be straightforward.
Clients have the freedom to use the image as needed without extra costs for modifications. We only request credit if the image is used outside of the client’s website or on future marketing materials. While we encourage broad use, we do not permit the sale of our images on stock photography sites like Shutterstock or Istockphoto.
Phase 1: 3D Modelling
Phase 1 involves coordinating the geometry. If Blikk Studio is contracted to create the 3D model, this work is completed in phase 1. At the conclusion of this phase, images displaying the 3D model of the project are sent to the customer.
Phase 2: Artistic Settings
Phase 2 includes configuring lighting conditions, light direction and camera position. At the end of phase 2, an image without materials is sent to the client to definitively and conclusively establish the artistic style and light direction.
Phase 3: Materials Settings
Phase 3 focuses on configuring the client-defined materials, aided by the Reference Images sent to Blikk Studio at the beginning of the project.
Phase 4: Final Rendering
In this phase, the previous processes are employed to generate the final image with all the features and preferences expressed by the client. This process is computationally intensive and, therefore, cannot be repeated or corrected at the end of this phase.
Phase 5: Finalisation
In step 5, adjustments are made to the image atmosphere and details of individual image components are refined. Additionally, upon request, other elements (such us people, animals, etc.) are added to the images to simulate the living situation.
We can accept a variety of file types, including .MAX, .FBX, .OBJ, .3DS, .3DM, .STL, and .DWG.
